REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Juan Kamalig we appreciate you and your business.

We want you to be completely satisfied, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellations 

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. You can check the quality of your items upon delivery. Order processing is usually made within the day, once the order is processed, it will be delivered on the next day. 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return for an item (except for items available in the wet market) from the date you place your order.

For Kitchen Tools items, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (this can be an original order number or the printable slips provided through our automated return system). We must receive your return within 7 days from the day your return is approved or we will not be able to process your return. We will gladly replace defective items, items that arrived not as described and will replace products that are not received in your end. If you do not receive your item, let us know so we can check the status of the package. If  the item was confirmed receive through the delivery receipt, it will be considered delivered.

Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact support@juankamalig.com.

Juan Kamalig is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers responsibility, so we suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they have been used or with any signs of mishandling. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay returning postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # WITH YOUR RETURN WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN & YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

ALL SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

We can only issue returns to your original form of payment. If that is not an option for you, (no longer have that card, don't have access to that account, etc...) we can issue you an in store credit. 

  • We do not guarantee shipping timeframes outside of Lucena City. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. 

Shipping

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.  

ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
