How to Order

Ordering via website is always easy.

1. In the MENU selection, please choose the section where you want to purchase an item. 

 

 

2. Click the eye icon to view the product instantly.

 

 

3. Choose the desired unit/weight/size that you want before clicking "Add to cart" button and click x to go back to current grocery section that you are browsing.

 

4. You can see the total items available in your cart every time you add to cart an item. Click the shopping cart icon to check-out. 

 

Important Reminders:

• You can place your order through our website or you can shoot us a DM to our official FB page and one of our customer Success team will assist you: juankamalig.com
• To preserve the freshness of our wet products, our ordering cut-off is until 12 pm of the current day and will be delivered the next day.
• We do not guarantee time of delivery, however, we can always schedule time of delivery upon request. 
• For vegetable products, we cannot guarantee exact measurement for some items (eg. this would mean that if you order 1 kilo of cabbage, there is a possibility that the vegetable's weight can be more or less than a kilogram.) However, what we can assure you is that actual weight measurement will be accounted for. That is why, The total amount for the item you purchased may change based on actual weight. 
• There are several payment methods for your convenience, please use Cash On Delivery if you want your order to be delivered via COD.
• For no-contact payment methods such as Bank Transfer, Credit Card / Debit Card, GCASH and PAYMAYA, please read the instructions that will be showed upon completion of order.
